Received my new dryer. Was excited to use it this morning…. Plugged it in, turned it on and begin blow drying my clients hair… 1 minute into drying and a spark of electricity came out of the nozzle that was blowing oyt the heat! Read more

Will be returning this. It is much heavier than other hairdryers I've used and doesn't seem to get hot enough to actually style with heat. It moves a lot of air, but because the nozzle is so small, it just blows really hard in one place. It would be more effective if the air were slightly less concentrated. With it blowing that hard, I thought it would dry my hair quickly, but it didn't really. It has some good features: extra-long cord, separate controls for heat and speed (although it is really easy to accidentally knock the heat setting down without noticing while using it because of the placement), cool-shot button. The hair dryer itself is fine. The issue for me has been the attachments. I like to use the one with the thin attachment to use with a round brush in order to straighten / curl my hair a little bit. The attachment refuses to stay on. It consistently falls off. Read more

This dryer is ok. It dries well but it is awkward to hold. I am a righty and the power switch is in a terrible place. It digs into my palm as I am drying my hair and is very uncomfortable to hold. I don't use it every day and it does not take me long to dry my hair so I won't return it. But it is annoying. Read more
