I have limited space in my small apartment so definitely appreciate how light and easy this is to move around the counter and put into the cabinet. The copper pot inside feels super high quality and holds quite a good amount of rice. However the best feature has been that I can just press the Calculate button and it tells me the exact amount of water I need to add! I have ruined too many batches of rice getting the ratio wrong, so I really appreciate the accuracy this cooker has! I mostly have made sticky white rice but it has adjustments for everything. Brown rice also came out great. It has a timer so I can even have it ready for me when I get home from work. I thought the induction cooktop was a cute extra feature but did not really think I would use it much. However after researching how much electricity my old range uses compared to IC, I was shocked!! This IC uses less than half! So I have set it up next to my stovetop and use it all the time now for regular cooking. 6" pots and pans are perfect, and even a 7" skillet I have is no problem. Make sure to put a magnet to your cookware first to test if it will work. Most of mine did but I have a stovetop espresso maker that is made of aluminum and it is not compatible. I'm in love with this little guy. I've owned several rice cookers, and this makes by far and away the best rice of any of them. No burning on the bottom -- the inner pot, which is heavy and seems well made, wipes clean every time. The induction burner is high quality. I haven't used my stove since I got this. I would have preferred specific temp control instead of preset levels, but that's my only complaint and it's minor. Read more

Used the rice cooker a few times now and it’s really easy to use. 65 minutes to cook the rice and tastes pretty delicious. Haven’t use the induction cooktop because it does require IH pans. Compact set for small spaces. Read more
