Decent cooker-does the job
I received the rice cooker 24 hours ago. Looks nice and sleek, the rice cooker part works well, sems easy enough to use, though cooking time is long compared to cheap aroma cooker I had. The manual is basic. The BIG negative changing the time on the rice cooker with instruction provided doesn't work (it comes with a default 24 hour time showing when you plug rice cooker). I called their customer support and all you get is an option to leave voice mail, so I presume support is nonexistent. The price is great for 5 cup uncooked for what you get- I tried a cuckoo rice cooker, ended up taking too long to cook rice, and way more expensive so returned it. Time will tell how long it will last, I doubt there will be any support if things go wrong. Read more
Clock and timer issues
Like others said, you can’t set the clock, making the delay function unusable. It also sets cooking times at over an hour. It shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to cook rice. It seems like you can set your own timer, but once you set an amount of time it gets stuck there and won’t let you hit start. If you allow the 60+ minutes it does make decent rice. It also feels very sturdy, didn’t create a mess, and was easy to clean. It’s sleek and compact, too. I just can’t settle for such a long cooking time. Read more
Waste of money, very poor quality
I bought this rice cooker in March. Now it is September and it stopped working. It cannot be turned on and looks like no electricity comes through. I tried the trouble shooting support. Doesn't help. I tried the call number they gave. It wouldn't even go through. It is a complete waste of money. I will buy a more expensive brand. A hard lesson learned. Read more

Can't set the current time.
Rice cooks great; however, cannot change the current time with their instruction. It makes the timer function unusable. Inner pot is heavy and good quality but the nonstick coating does not work well making it hard to clean. Had to return it. Read more
