I genuinely don’t know who likes this chair more, me or my cat? It is so comfortable and I love to high back. The arm rests are a bit short but I don’t really use arm rests anyways so that’s fine for me personally. I do use a lumbar support pillow with the chair and it’s the perfect depth so I have plenty of room with my back pillow. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy. I’ve been using it for months now and it’s still in great shape. I also love the look of it, I didn’t think I’d ever stray from the standard office/desk chair but this one is so cozy and comfortable I love it. And I love the color as it’s a nice contrast from a wood/black desk. The chair legs being black help tie it in with the space and I think the price was good too. Especially when some desk chairs are incredibly overpriced. I will stay it doesn’t have a time of bells and whistles but I appreciate the slightly bigger seat, comfy material and sturdy build. I freaking love this chair. You have to put it together, but it was pretty easy, with a few bumps in the road, because it was missing directions. Very solid and feels like it will be lasting. It is quite comfortable for my small 5’ 4” frame. I don’t lean back in it so much because I am making jewelry. It is comfortable, though, to lean against the back of chair. Some might want to add a small pillow to support lower back. Can change height with a quick pull on the lever. I have it at lowest setting and my feet both are planted fully on the floor. I absolutely love this cozy chair! It’s even better than I expected. I hate leather chairs, they’re so cold. This office chair is extremely comfortable, definitely one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve had, and I work from home, so I’m in it all day, every day. It was also very easy to put together, and aesthetically it looks great (I chose the white one). The downside is that after only a few months, the chair has started to squeak and make noise. That part is disappointing, because it makes me question how long it will last. The white color also made me realize that I probably shouldn’t choose a white chair again; it looks beautiful, but it’s not the most practical (though that’s no fault of the product itself). Overall, the comfort is excellent and assembly was simple, but the early squeaking makes me unsure about the long-term durability. Read more

This office chair is a very comfortable, firm, warm, and sturdy office chair with a nice upholstered look. It is comfortable to sit in, adjustable, and can be rocked as well. After some time, it began to squeak a little bit, but some WD40 solved that problem immediately. It also does have padding in a bit of an odd arrangement where it's not actually supporting your sitting position, with most of it at the front of the chair where your thighs are touching the chair. I want to start by saying that the chair is soft and looks like in the picture but it has some major drawbacks. Assembly was a lot of parts, each leg part had to be screwed on separately but it was doable. Took about 15—20 minutes. I needed this chair for work and I sit about 8 hrs a day in it. This is totally NOT meant for that. The back leans back too much and there is no lumbar support. The arm rests are narrow and not padded very uncomfortable. I guess I should have done my homework before I just ordered something for the optics. When I tried returning it they wanted more for the return shipping than the chair cost.
