I ordered this lava lamp for my son for Christmas. It didn’t arrive on time, but when it did he was ecstatic. He really likes the sleek design, reminiscent of a space shuttle. The body of the lamp is a metallic blue with globs of neon green blobs. He proudly placed it in his “man cave” and tells everyone he knows that it is very relaxing/calming to watch, and the colors are “cool.” Read more

The first time I bought it, it lasted a good while but cracked at the bottom and broke after about 1 year of 1/2 an hour of use daily. When it cracked it made a loud noise and the liquid inside started coming out, so I had to throw it out. I did buy a new one and they always work beautifully, but I do want to warn people about the possibility of cracking, and it also gets really, really hot all over by an hour of use. Read more

At 1st we received an ice cream costume. Not even the right order. Then we received the right item and it didn’t even last a couple days. This was for Xmas and my kiddo is really disappointed. It’s completely damaged. No stars. Read more

When the lamp first arrived we unpacked and setup. It is my daughter's first lava lamp. She turned it on but nothing happened. Noticed the coil was sitting above the lower rim. I emailed customer service. They were quick to respond and give me tips on setup. They also offered to ship a replacement if we were unable to resolve the issue. We warmed the lamp for about an hour the next day and gently rotated until the coil fell to the bottom an hour or two later everything was flowing nicely. GREAT customer service!! Read more
