Just finished first bottle, love it so far. I have a great improvement in sleep. I sleep more deeper now, same 8 hours but without waking up in 3 a.m. every night. Much rather take probiotics like this than other methods! While the gummies here are more like the "dots" candy than actual gummy bears, the taste is good enough to pass and with the extra vitamins added, it's a double whammy! It's not quite the Emergen-C Immune+ with the extra vitamins, but with the probiotics, it's not quite a fair comparison. That said, I've been taking these for a bit and have not noticed any changes, good or bad. I like a healthy gut bacteria is very beneficial, but as a consumer, I have no way to verifying these are helping anything at all.
