Dietary supplement, microbiome, immune support. The quality is seems to be good, it is made of jelly gum candy with an orange flavor. The taste is decent, but kids won't notice. Quantity in bottle is 90 gum drops, at 2 a day you are getting a 45 day supply. In my opinion that enough time to notice any changes in your body if it worked for you. Just finished first bottle, love it so far. I have a great improvement in sleep. I sleep more deeper now, same 8 hours but without waking up in 3 a.m. every night. Also my dreams became more stable, less neurotic. I'm waking up rested enough to start exercising again. Before this, I tried all kind of CBD oils for months, in different doses but it damaged my sleep even more, dreams became shimmery with white flashes (but CBD works for my husband better). Much rather take probiotics like this than other methods! While the gummies here are more like the "dots" candy than actual gummy bears, the taste is good enough to pass and with the extra vitamins added, it's a double whammy! It's not quite the Emergen-C Immune+ with the extra vitamins, but with the probiotics, it's not quite a fair comparison. That said, I've been taking these for a bit and have not noticed any changes, good or bad. I like a healthy gut bacteria is very beneficial, but as a consumer, I have no way to verifying these are helping anything at all. But they're tasty enough that, even if they aren't, it's not a huge deal. Would certainly recommend if you're looking for an easily accessible probiotic! Read more
