I have a health issue that warrants methyl b12 + methylfolate, and over years, I've found 5mg to work for me. I've tried several different products over five years. I've been taking this specific product over the last year or two. I typically take five. I've had reason to suspect another change I made had obsoleted this. I've been taking 2 a day for the last few months, and lately I've been taking it intermittently. if at all. There's crept in some problematic brain fog. I've felt unable to think, and it's reminding me of when I had really bad depression. More days than not, I've been waking up feeling hung over. I don't drink. It's clear on my face I look unwell. Over the past week I've been feeling like death. And that got me thinking, I haven't taken my historically typical full dose in a while. An hour later and the skies are clear. I haven't been able to think clearly for weeks. I'm good. I'm stocking up and going back to my regular dose. It's damn expensive though and I'm looking for a replacement.
