Well, it makes my jaw sore, unsurprisingly
I can't attest to any noticeable results, thus far, but it certainly makes my jaw sore. It does seem to be pretty decent quality, but it is difficult to know whether this is legit, or just another gimmick. I suppose anything that uses your muscles is technically working those muscles out. But, it just feels like my jaw is sore, more than anything. The joint, more than the muscles. GREAT if you tend to have swelling in your face!
Okay this thing is a TOTAL face workout. I have hypothyroid and my face tends to swell A LOT - this thing has been a game changer, my jawline is snatched and not so easily swollen now! Very effective, I was only able to use it for maybe 2 minutes at first, now I use it every morning and evening while I do my skin care routine. The rubber is super good quality and all of the instructional videos are BEYOND helpful - I have been loving this! I need to get together some before/after pics! It's SOOO easy to use and keep on my vanity so I remember to use it every day. Just rinse and use again, it's very easy to clean off too. Read more
