Before I bought this product I used an exerciser that went to the back of my jaw. I bought these figuring it would exercise a different muscle and it did. I felt very sore after one day of use. The light green was too easy for me so I used the dark green one first. After some time with the dark green, I got so sore that the light green was actually much harder. So, I enjoy having the light green because of that. I do not use that case that comes with the product or the string that can attach to the jawsizer. It comes with one string so it makes you choose which one will be your primary use, which I don't do. Good product... Read more

I know the title doesn't sound real, but it honestly is. I partially dislocated my jaw last September and went to my chiropractor. He worked on my jaw and recommended using Jawzrsize for therapy and to correct any imbalances in my jaw muscles. I started using it right away and after a few days I realized I hadn't had a headache in a while. I am 46 and have dealt with tension headaches my entire life and get at least one a week, if not a couple each week. I was very skeptical that the jawzrsize was the cure. But I have faithfully been using it 4 to 5 days a week for over 8 months now and I've had TWO headaches in that time period! I even chewed through one and they sent me a replacement! Really like these goofy jaw exercisers; they work well to exercise your jaw, and the "program" recommendations were spot-on for me. Only issue is that the heavy-duty one has started to split at the top on the inside of the hole cut-out; this means that it's probably not providing the same resistance that it was at first.
