Although this made my jaw move more easily, the smaller one (not the one you are supposed to boil to fit to your mouth) broke on one side 2 weeks ago, and I only bought this at the end of September. I still use it, but of course it doesn’t fit right anymore and I don’t know if it does anything in a broken state. I am going to switch to the other one, but who knows how long that will last?!
