I originally purchased these batteries believing they were solar. They powered my string of solar lights for at least four days, which shows they have excellent capacity. When they stopped working, I gave a low rating, but after contacting the seller, I learned they are rechargeable batteries, not solar batteries. The seller was very professional, replaced the batteries promptly, and even told me to keep the replacements. Not a true 18650 battery, the length of the battery I received is 652mm which I suspect is the function of the added button top. Unfortunately for my application that extra 2 mm casuse the battery not to fit in the battery compartment. Also when measured with calipers the diameter was 19mm vs a true 18mm. Otherwise I would give this a five star review. Read more
