I'm using this heating pad everyday to relieve pains. It heats up to the temperature I desire. The cordless makes it very convenient to use while I'm doing other things. One charge can last for three uses. The automatic shutoff feature is also helpful. I especially like the size and material: it fits my petite size, it wraps around my shoulder/arm well while I still have the flexibility to move my arm. Strong chemical smell and battery only lasts for several uses, but low price offsets those negatives and it did get warm enough. It's also very versatile: heating element can be removed and replaced with an ice pack (not included), and it's reversible for both shoulders. Hopefully the smell will dissipate. It's a keeper. My 83-year-old mother’s bone-on-bone shoulder gives her a lot of trouble, so we thought this heating pad might help. And it actually does help. A lot! I mean, it would help a lot more if she would wear it every day, but I can do only so much reminding … She says the heat helps her tremendously and really makes the shoulder feel better. My dad charges it at night, and the battery lasts throughout the day on and off. Beyond the heat benefits, though, she says wearing the strap reminds her not to raise her arm over her head. That’s a function we hadn’t thought about when we bought it for her, but it’s definitely a benefit. A drawback is that the strap is not easy to put on. Once it’s in place, it can be taken off and put back on pretty easily, but if my mom accidentally takes the strap apart, my dad can’t get it back on her by himself. He has to do a video call with my husband to get it back in place. It’s not an intuitive product. However, it works great for what it is, and the price is right. If you have a bad shoulder, this evidently does help quite a bit. Read more

This is cheap Cr*p. Really DO NOT BUY THIS!! The heating element is separate from the shoulder holster for lack of word, which makes it difficult to wear. The major problem is that it's tiny; roughly 4 x 6 so if you want he him him at all over your shoulder and down your arm a little just find somehim thing else. To add injury to insult or 4 hours of charging i it puts about 5 minutes of heat. Really the best thing about it is as Amazon's return policy, although I really wish you some of the junk that they sell. Read more
