I rate the product as a 5. It helps tremendously with my frizzy hair. Shipping is rated as a zero. The shipping package was not padded and apparently something heavy was put on top of my package. The top popped open and about 1/3 of the contents of one tube squirted into the shipping envelope. Originally it was a good buy -- good cost -- but because I lost so much of the product, the price was fair. Read more

Been using this stuff for a long time, 10+ years. I’m a man, with a shorter military cut, so I get a few hairs that stick up. I’ve tried other finishing creams, but non compare to John Frieda Frizz Ease. Not sure what I’ll do when this is no longer available. Read more
