First of all, it should be noted that I am not blonde nor do I have light colored hair. I thought I would give this a shot because it's not as harsh as bleaching your hair and I wanted to just go a little lighter and see if it would work. It has a nice pleasant smell without it wreaking of chemicals like most boxed hair colors. I just washed my hair and sprayed it in then dried it. I only used it three times so far. The third time my hair was almost dry already so I sprayed it all over and brushed it in then use the dryer. I think it helps to add heat. As you can see from the photo, there is a noticeable difference even after only three uses. I'm really happy I can lighten my hair up in a very simple way before spring and summer. It also does not have an orange look which I was concerned about. Most women that try to lighten their dark hair at home end up with orange looking hair which looks awful. The texture of my hair and my hair health seem just as good as before the spray. It's always shinier and nicer after using the blow dryer anyways. As far as dryness, my hair is already dry but I'm postmenopausal and don't drink enough water, so there are issues other than what I'm putting in my hair. All in all I would say this is an effective product and a good value for the money since it doesn't take very many uses to see results. Read more

My 10 year old nephew is into the latest fad haircuts so I figured he would be the perfect candidate to try this on. He has dirty blonde hair that naturally lightens in the summer time. It's not instant, and being a boy, he's not a big hair washer if he can get away with it, so I applied it about 3 times between washings. After about 4-5 uses, there was a slight lightening of his hair, nothing dramatic, which is what I was going for. I did not put it all over, just pulled it through his hair to give him some lighter streaks. His hair has remained soft and not dried out at all. I like it and plan to try some on my hair, which is also a dirty blonde. Read more

I was very curious to just how effective this spray is. My daughter volunteered to let me use a sample of her lightened hair to speed test it. It does work. I used a hair straightener for my heat source. The scent is very pleasant. I was able to smell something like hydrogen peroxide while I was heating it up. The bottle says 'Our exclusive formula works with heat tools to gradually lighten blonde in 3-5 uses with maximum lightening achieved in 10 uses.' So I decided to go for 10 times. I wanted to test the lightening ability. The first 2 pictures are the end results. It definitely subtly lightened up her hair. The hair feels coarser after all those heat treatments, but taking a heating iron to hair 10 times in a row, in less than an hour isn't normal. I've conditioned it a few times since and it's softening back up. So if you use the product in a reasonable manner, I don't think it will damage your hair. It feels like I used a lot, just for my little sample of hair. I'd got with a bigger container to get a better value. Overall, a nice product. Read more

I was super happy with this product! I sprayed it in my hair 1-2 times a week. I have never really had a hair care routine but I did not want to dry my hair out so I bought some Aussie hair oil and also started leaving conditioner in it when it felt too dry. Read more

This spray is okay. I don't know that I'd pay a lot for this. The instructions are a little intimidating because they require instant action after applying and I usually let my hair air dry for most of the day. I honestly thought this was something to apply to my hair and go, so it's not the timesaver I was expecting it to be. Read more

This lightening spray definitely grew on me. At first, I felt like it barely made a difference, but with repeated use, I began to notice a gradual brightening effect. It doesn’t dramatically lighten like bleach, but it does subtly enhance and highlight the hair over time, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The results are very natural looking and not harsh. Unlike stronger lightening products, this spray feels gentle on the hair, making it suitable for continued use without that dry or overly processed feel. I also think the price is very fair at $11.99 (at time I received this). For such a good quality product, this is refreshing that it was not overpriced. This makes it that much more worthwhile. If you’re looking for gradual, subtle lightening rather than an instant transformation, this is a good option. Patience and consistent use seem to be key for seeing the best results. Read more

This hair color spray is gentle and non-irritating, especially suitable for blondes, creating a natural, sun-kissed shine. I love its ease of use; simply spray evenly onto damp or dry hair and let it air dry or use a heat gun for better results. It gradually brightens my hair without creating a harsh bronze tone, and the color looks soft and natural. The 3.5 fl oz size is convenient for touch-ups at home and can maintain the blonde color between salon treatments. The only minor downside is that it can make hair a little dry if used too frequently, so I recommend using it with a moisturizing hair mask. However, as an at-home brightening spray, it's effective and affordable. Overall, it's a great option for anyone wanting to brighten their blonde hair. Easy to use, natural results, and perfect for everyday blonde care. Read more
