This product did not work for the kids watch I had. They could just not be compatible, no big deal. The issue is set up. It created the most random phone number, no area code around where we would use. Also, I could not create an account, but had to give my credit card. I got an email they changed my Number, but again no account to work with. The card has never been used and they tried to charge me to refill, but it’s never been used. I should have paid more attention to what I was doing when I signed up. Glad I got my refund from Amazon, but do not use this specific SIM card. Read more

This is a rip off. It never worked. System was down for "maintenance". Took 2 days to activate and then it never worked. I didn't sign up for auto pay and they still charged me. Customer service was rude on the phone. Read more
