Not very reliable
The SIM was difficult to set up. You do have to pay for a plan. They offer 30 day, 6 months and a year. Not very expensive yet misleading at time of purchase. GPS location isn't always accurate. Very worst product, do not buy it
Very worst product…intermittent issue with calling and every time I have to restart again to make a call. Application is very worst, unnecessary showing lots off ADs and forcing to install the other application. Read more

Not the best service
Not the best service. After I see my daughter can take care of the current watch, I will get her a better one in my actual phone plan because this isn't super reliable. I know some of it is the watch itself but the calls dropping constantly and not going through a lot of times, is the service. Which could be dependent on where you live. I do live in a smaller town but it's right outside if a big town and not too far from Houston and I don't have service issues with anything else. Because the service is bad, I can't use the GPS function most of the time on her watch because it isn't tracking it very well. Read more
