This card worked great, set up was easy, but when the minutes ran out too soon and we wanted to contact customer support to add to the card it was a joke. They keep saying the bank is denying the charges, but the bank says it is on Jolt’s end. Seems to be no resolution so the card/phone number is now not usable. Read more
Purchased this for my child's watch so I could always see her location and contact her or visa versa if needed. Easy to use. Worked as expected. Fit perfectly. Never had an issue with its design or sturdiness, only issue I had was the service wasn't the best at least half the time, at least for calls. Texts and locations were generally correct. Read more
This is a waste of money! Bought a smart watch (a good quality somewhat expensive watch) for my 8 yr old son so we could contact each other, he can have access to emergency services if anything happened, and I could track his location. This allows him to go to his friends and the park by our house without me being so worried. Bought this SIM card so we could use all the features on the smart watch. They advertise no commitment plans with great service/coverage. When activating it requires bank account info for automatic monthly plan charges. Was fine with that and it automatically charged for the next month as well when I activated this card. Once activated the service doesn’t even work in most places. No internet, phone, etc. it’s basically a watch that can’t be set to the right time due to no service. I go in the app and cannot even set an alarm because there is no wireless connection. It worked with one bar in one place in my house. A lot of good that does! Can’t even set up WiFi without service on watch to send the signal from the app. Now I have to cancel this service and get a network like AT&T that actually has good service. Don’t even waste your money. Get a nano sim through a reliable service carrier and save yourself the trouble that comes with these speed talk cards. Read more
I believe this is gonna work for my 11 year-old. I gave it to him for his birthday. It’s a watch, but it has a SIM card the capability, the compatibility, the call quality the coverages the value for your money. The service is quality. Thank you. Read more
