This is a decent budget option... - lightweight and compact - the keys have similar travel to a MacBook Pro - it's backlit and easy to see in the dark - built fairly well - no discernable latency (it is wired) And now the cons... - there is flex since it's mostly (all?) plastic - keys are fairly quiet but they do rattle - white backlight makes white keys harder to see in moderate light - inconsistent backlight (look at the shift keys) - wired usb A means no current MacBook unless you're using an adapter - while the thickness at the front is only about 0.25"... the back has an elevated portion that's roughly 0.8" I don't mind the USB A part... I like a lighted keyboard when the room is dark, but not so much when I have plenty of light. I can't find any way to turn OFF the backlight on this one. Aside from that, the keyboard is nicely made, attractive, and the keys are easy to press. The keys are very quiet if you're a gentle typist, which I am not, so if you bang on the keyboard like I do, don't expect entirely silent key presses. I do like that this keyboard has all the Function keys - my old keyboard was lacking F11 and F12 which I need for gaming. Read more
