A Nice, Reasonably Priced Wired Full Sized Keyboard with Big Print Letters with Backlit White LED Illuminated Keys. A different Model of this Keyboard comes with Multiple Backlit Colors. I love the large, easy to read, backlit letters on this keyboard. It would be nice if the scroll/num/caps lock icons were also backlit so I could tell which is which a bit easier; they are illuminated by the green indicator LEDs, but they could be a bit brighter. Also, after a while the black paint on a few of the keys started to wear off, so they can't be read anymore; fortunately I can touch-type! Read more

Great for streaming movies at my desk where the monitor makes an unlighted keyboard invisible due to the monitor light. I didn't need one of these until I got a large LED monitor for streaming, and this one is a welcome improvement. The backlight isn't too bright, the keycaps are black and the characters are lighted, so no intereference is caused by the keyboard lighting. Good feel for a membrane keyboard, almost as crisp as an old style clicky type. I like this one. Read more

Love this keyboard, keys feel great and love the lighted keyboard, can enter my passcode to windows without turning off on a light, which works great when I can't sleep and get up at night. Read more

This may sound like a negative review, and it kinda is, but let me put this in perspective: I used one of these keyboards for two years straight, and when I finally spilled soda on it and accidentally destroyed it, I bought another one just like it. To put it another way, I definitely recommend this keyboard if you're on a tight budget like I am. Just make sure you're aware of what you're getting. This thing works perfectly fine, and it lights up so you can see it in the dark. But that's really where the pros end and the cons begin. And the cons are these: This thing is horribly ugly. I know that seems like a picky criticism, but when you have to spend many hours every day intimately with it, the ugliness can really start to get to you. It has a really shoddy paint job which is just an absolute eyesore. Also, the paint WILL come off, after regular use. It's not a nightmare like some cheap keyboards I've seen, but it's definitely noticeable. You should still be able to read the keys though. Finally, this thing is WAY too bright. As you can see in the pictures, it's not just the text that lights up but the sides of the keys as well. All that being said, I did own one of these for two years and used it every day. The keys feel fine---nothing great but not bad either. I'm a fairly fast typist too, so no worries there. If you can afford one of those costly Logitech illuminated keyboards which are non-painted, then I highly recommend you get one of those instead. But boy are they costly! So, again, if you're on a tight budget like I am but still need something that lights up, this will do in a pinch. Read more

I bought this lighted keyboard as a replacement. The replaced keyboard was made by a different manufacturer and had some nice features like multi-colors, but it didn't last: 6 months of daily use and some keys were sticking so bad it became unusable. I like the Perixx keyboard, especially the raised lighted keys which have a nice feel when depressed. The keys are lit along the sides and on the top. I've had a keyboard like this before (different manufacturer) where the top surface of the keys eventually wears down and the lettering becomes smeared, but that was after more than a year of heavy use and only on the most used keys. Overall, I give this keyboard 5 stars for functionality and value. Read more

EDIT: This one eventually died from overuse- and I bought another one. That's how much I like it Much more comfortable to use than the keyboard on my office PC at work- love the big square keys with my fat fingers. Edit 2: Just bought my third one. I get a couple years out of them even with heavy use. Well worth the money. I originally bought this for gaming. The PC is in the bedroom, and with a lighted keyboard I can turn the lights off so as not to disturb my Lady Wife when she's sleeping. Works great, easy to see, even use it in daylight. The key action is way better than I expected at this price. Thought the lighting was working intermittently, but only because I didn't realize the Scroll Lock key toggles the light on and off. Only caveat: I ended up working at home during COVID, and am using this keyboard all day for work and for gaming in the evening. Some of the keys are showing signs of wear; the keys themselves are clear, and they're masked in black to create the letters/numbers. Ironically, that's the other reason I replaced my old keyboard. And the original keyboard eventually did die. So I can't recommend this as a heavy use/business keyboard. Read more
