The watch spring bar set is a practical tool kit that feels solid and well-made rather than flimsy, with sturdy spring bars and reliable end-tools that let you swap straps or adjust bracelets cleanly and with good precision; the drivers have just enough heft to control the tiny parts without slipping, and the assortment of bar sizes covers most common wristwatch needs. For anyone who changes straps regularly or needs to replace bars without paying a jeweler, it makes the task straightforward, and the case keeps pieces organized so you don’t lose small parts, which gives this set real utility beyond just being inexpensive. The kit comes well packaged in a nice resealable bag and includes a ton of spring bars that should fit virtually any size watch. They feel sturdy and the springs do not seem to bind when used. The included tool seems well made and is easy to use, my only real complaint would be the V shaped end of the tool could be a bit narrower so it's easier to grab onto the ribbed part of the spring bars for installation/removal, that being said, it still makes thing much easier than trying to manually put the bars on by hand. For the price, these are a great value! Read more

Little did I expect to be spending my Thursday afternoon lining up things with a credit card, measuring them, then putting them into dime bags but lo and behold. These are cheap. For $6 you get a good tool for doing watch bar removals/installation and a very complete set of watch bars, 16mm to 24mm length in 2mm increasing increments. You get two sets, one in 1.8mm diameter and another in 1.6mm diameter. Which of those you choose has only to do with your strap tolerances. In my case I'm using a nato strap so watch bar diameter doesn't matter, and I went with the larger ones as I figured they'd be more robust. Unfortunately, these were packed in just two baggies, one for the 1.6mm and another for the 1.8mm. Queue frustration trying to figure out which bars were which length. Packaging aside, the fit and finish/Q&A on these watch bars are terrible. One of the 1.8mm set was partially unfinished. It looked like someone forgot to do a final lathing operation on the little nubbin that actually gets inserted into the watch. Of the remainder, several were extremely loose and rattly. I took off only one star for this though. Realistically you're getting so many watch bars that even with its poor Q&A, you're guaranteed to get at least 2 really good ones of each diameter and length, which is more than good enough for me. Would I spend $6 for a single pair of watch bars per every dimension, in addition to a pretty good tool? yes. Now lets be clear. If I owned a rolex or some other $$$ watch I would pay up for a set of high quality watch bars. But between the nato strap and the the cheap watches I own, I have no issues with using these. This kit was perfect. I actually went to a watch repair booth and was told he doesn't have the size pin i needed which happened to be of a large size. What? Your a watch repair place. Lol. I ordered this from Amazon. It had several size options and a tool to assist. Fixed around 5 minutes. Read more
