I love it. Totally worth it. Very quality product. The only thing is I wish it could go slightly lower, but honestly that’s not a big deal. Its default height is perfect for most sit down interviews and such. Read more

Given this is a Chinese brand I expected lower quality, but the tripod is super stable and I trust my $10k rig to rest on it during sports shoots. Very stable. The weight is like any other large frame tripod, don't expect to travel with it. Fully deployed it reaches beyond my 6' self, reaching a useful height. I enjoy the confidence inspiring stability. The arm clamps are easy to use which allows me to quickly deploy the tripod. Read more

I own two other K&F tripods and this is a solid choice. However, as a right handed person, the adjustment knob to loosen the tilt is on the right side (where I typically hold the handle to the tripod). The other tripods I have all have the knob on the left side, allowing me to control the pan and tilt of the camera as I adjust the tension of the tilt. This one has a fancy adjustment that adjusts the resistance of the tilt itself, but in practical usage, this should be on the right side inside of the typical left. If you're left handed, perhaps, this works for you, but I found it a bit finicky. The build quality is solid and comparable to some of the high end tripods out there. I do notice that sometimes the legs feel a bit wobbly and it's easy to tilt at its lowest height. It definitely can handle a decently sized rig on top (mine weight around 10-15 lbs, but i wouldn't go any more than that. Overall, it's a decently well built tripod for the price. Would recommend. The panning of the camera platform in all 3 dimensions is smooth and can be adjusted with differing tension/friction. I also love the height. A bit heavy, but I will take the weight over having that secure stable platform. Note, I have a teleprompter and camera and an iPad on this tripod. Read more

I'm really impressed with this K&F Concept tripod. I've spent the past 20+ years in video production and photography, and this is a really nice tripod. It's heavy duty, yet remarkably light weight (comparatively). I really wanted a solid tripod to use with my DSLR instead of having to lug around my much larger Manfrotto video tripods. This is a winner. Fluid head for smooth panning, smaller size and lighter. The case is pretty nice too. Highly recommend for sure. Read more

Most the time like the old Saying goes, you get what you pay for, but with this tripod, I am pleasantly surprised of the quality of it for the price. Has features that usually come with more expensive tripods. A feature that is important to me is being able to dampen the movements on both the pan and tilt axis, which allows smooth camera movements, regardless of the weight of the camera set up. I’m happily to report this tripod has both. It also has the drop-in feature for the quick release plate. Unlike many cheaper tripods where you have to slide the quick release plate in from the back of the tripod, this tripod allows you to simply slide one edge of the plate in from the top and then drop the other edge in and lock into place. This is great for quick attaching and detaching your camera setup and much easier to attach heavier setups too. As far as weight goes, This is most definitely not a travel tripod, but if you’re doing on location work with a larger camera set up or studio work, this is a solid tripod for you. It has really good height with the two stage tripod legs with quick release levers on them which comes in really handy for event work. Also, the tripod allows you to attach your camera to the tripod head with a Ronin RS two or three baseplate on it without having to get an adapter or switch out plates for manfrotto plate. Great for work event when your need to go from a tripod to gimbal set up and back frequently . Overall, this is a great entry level tripod for the price! Read more
