Fantastic product. I bought several different stands on Amazon ranging in price from $10-$28 to see if any of them had the same quality, stability and appearance of my $50 Foloda 8-in-1 iPad Pro Docking Station (which serves a different purpose but raised the bar on all other stands). This product was the only one of the batch that was solidly made, holds the tablet in position, looks good, doesn’t scratch the back of the iPad and keeps the iPad stable. I think because the hooks that hold the pad are farther apart and the back is wide (but not too wide) it is even more stable than anything I have seen on the market. The ratchet swivel prevents unwanted rotation. It lifts easily and smoothly (once you get use to the resistance). Small footprint on my desk. The little gray carrying case is a very nice touch. There’s always a risk when buying a product unseen. Regardless of a plethora of glowing reviews, there is always the chance of a disappointing purchase. This pad stand is NOT one of those! I am very pleased with both its build quality and design. Made of heavy gauge metal with an attractive black finish and carefully placed padding material, the hinges are stiff enough to keep even a heavy pad in place without folding yet are still reasonably easy to move when you want them to. The tabs are wide enough to hold my iPad with its thick padded cover and I can easily place my iPhone in portrait orientation where it is held securely. A nice touch is the rotating base with a ratchet swivel which prevents unwanted rotation when typing on the pad. This adjustable Tablet Stand works better than advertised. It is designed really well and allows my 10.5" tablet to be used in many versatile ways. Very sturdy and swivels easily enough to be convenient with one hand and when more than one person has to use it. This has a REALLY good weight to it ! I got this stand to draw with but the sturdiness to it when trying to write or draw with it isn't great and moves. If you're using it purely for a stand, then this is you're item, I've you're writing or drawing on it a lower level is how you're doing it. Read more

Very sturdy. Heavy enough not to too over holding my Kindle. The swivel turned smoothly and stays where you move it to. It is a bit heavy but for me that was fine as I use it in bed to put my Kindle on to watch movies when I travel. Read more
