Good quality and smart design, hiding the cables. Table clamp is strong and holds well to my 2.5" tick table. Looks nice, but for my smaller (21") monitor vertical column is a little tall. I found that rubber plug on the top can be removed and I plan to cut it for more compact look. Provided 4mm screws fit my monitor perfectly and installation is very easy. There is even set screw inside to prevent unscrewing of the post. Read more

After bumping into my desk and knocking down my monitor, totally breaking it, I decided to buy something to secure my new monitor to my desk. I bought this monitor mount because it had consistent positive reviews, and rightly so. It was easy to install and has been working great for the last month. I ended up gaining more space on my desk because I no longer need the reams of paper that I previously used to prop up my monitor. I did have to contact the company's customer service to get help with adjusting the tension, but they quickly responded and was able to help. Read more

I have bought many of these, around 10, over the last few years from not just here but on other sites (the single monitor DM1000 and the dual monitor DM2000 models). Obviously, I keep buying them because they work well and the single monitor model, DM1000, can handle much larger monitors. The dual monitor model, DM2000, is definitely only for up to 27"/28" (68.58cm/71.12cm) 16:9 monitors. If you are trying to mount 2x 29" (73.66cm) ultrawide monitors, it's a no go as I have found out. Not a huge issue since I have several of these mounts and the parts from both models are interchangeable. So, I ended up going with 2 of the DM1000 mounts for the 2x 29" ultrawide monitors for a sister's new PC setup. I, myself, have been able to squeeze 2x 28" 3840x2160 monitors on a DM2000, a single 34" (86.36cm) 5120x2160 ultrawide on a DM1000, and other 34" 3440x1440 ultrawides from several brands on the DM1000. The monitor tension screw closest to the VESA mount bracket that handles the pivot, tilt, angle of the monitor will only handle, at most, around 20 lbs. So, if one does plan to mount a >28" display (larger than 28"/71.12cm), double-check the weight of the display. My 5120x2160 monitor is handled just fine by the DM1000 but that particular tension screw will need a bit of tightening. To be fair, Kanto states clearly that the arms can handle up to 19.8 lbs (8.98 kg using 2.2046 conversion factor). Read more

The rubber grommet/collar needs to be aligned correctly. It says so in the directions, I should have read them first. I just grabbed the pieces and put them together. After a bit of difficulty getting the arm to slide onto the post, I took out the grommet/collar, realized it had a piece in it that needed to be lined up in the groove, did that, and it slid on without an issue. I found it odd, then picked up the directions and saw it clearly stated in there. It is currently holding a 40" TV at the end of my desk without issue. The TV, while outside the measured dimensions, is within/below the weight restriction. I DID have to fabricate a larger VESA mount plate for the TV, to match up to the smaller VESA plate supplied with the mounting arm. TL;DR: Read the directions, it works great and does what it should! Easy to set up and very sturdy. One thing to be aware of is the two arms are different. Make sure the one with the higher rise is installed below the other one. That's what allows two monitors to be at the same height. Read more

This is a GREAT monitor stand. I recently had converted to a standing desk and had bought a desk platform that can be raised and lowered. By attaching this to the platform, it moved seamlessly with the platform. Once the monitors were attached, it was easily maneuverable to move them towards or away from me. The cables to the monitors were easily tucked away in the ingenious and discreet cable compartments and then finally clipped to the stands main column with the included plastic cable organizer. The effect was an extremely neat and streamlined look. I love this stand and highly recommend it. Read more

Great looking unit. Cable management is sharp and works. If you need to support two monitors over 6ft, I’m guessing the cables will be too thick for the raceway or place too much pressure on the retention tabs. I have the power cord, plus a 6ft DP, PLUS a 15ft HDMI in there and it took some finesse. Supports horizontal, vertical and portrait configurations with ease. Highly recommend for all setups. Mine is currently dual 27” with the top monitor tilted inward. Read more

I used this product for my two different size monitors (27" and 23") on a very weak chipboard table. It holds the table in a very stable fashion with minimal footprint on the table itself. Asymmetric arms are perfect for my different size monitors. I also didn't need to change the grip strength on the rotating parts, it worked perfectly for both monitors. I am very pleased with the product. Read more
