Sparse Fleece You Can See Thread Down Below

The cut is fine, shape, size, and color. However, the fleece on the fabric is so sparse that you can see the thread down below. It didn’t seem like there was quality control or anyone double checking the fabric before it is sewn together in the factory. This jacket doesn’t look like it is going to last 10 washes before it starts falling apart. I’d give it a higher score had they chosen a better fleece fabric. It looks like it should have been a medium weight fleece, but the inconsistency of the flocking of the fleece or scarcity of it is equivalent to having a microfleece. The wind is just going to blow right through it. I’m so sorry, I unfortunately can’t recommend it to others. Room for improvement for the company is to recall the batch if they want to stand by their brand, offer refunds or replacements, and double check the fabric bolts before sewing the jackets in future productions. It’s a shame to have done all of the work in putting it together, packaging, and shipping, but it is not satisfactory to customers. Updating my review that Amazon provided a refund. Thanks, Amazon. Been wearing this daily for 8 + hours. It's fairly warm but not completely. It will not stop wind at all. But, I figured as much. I work in a machine shop and of late we've been having extremely cold weather. 20 and below degrees. (not including wind chill). While my shop is heated I'm down by the bay doors which open and close frequently for trucks, so I stay around 40 to 45 degrees. This with a long sleeve Carhart shirt underneath is easily capable of keeping me warm. If it's any colder I'll wear my Under Armour Mock and that with the other two will keep me very warm, almost too warm at times. As far as fit and durability go both are fine. I've washed it multiple with little to no shrinking. I'd say it's good to go. Read more
