After using the Keneo Red Light Therapy Shoulder Wrap, I’m very pleased with how comfortable and effective it feels. The 660nm & 850nm LED red light therapy provides gentle warmth, and combined with the heating pad, it really soothes shoulder muscles after a long day. The 3 heat settings and 3 vibration levels allow for a customizable experience, so I can adjust it depending on how tense or sore my shoulder feels. The fit is comfortable and adjustable, staying in place without slipping, which makes it easy to wear while relaxing or even moving around lightly. I also really appreciate the cordless 5000 mAh battery. It’s convenient to use anywhere without being tethered to a wall outlet, and the battery lasts long enough for multiple sessions before needing a recharge. Overall, this shoulder wrap combines red light therapy, heat, and vibration into a single, well-designed product. It feels high-quality, works reliably, and adds real comfort to daily muscle care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cordless, versatile shoulder therapy solution at home. Read more
Works well for my shoulder therapy Read more
I’ve been using this red light therapy system for about two months, and while it seemed promising at first, I’m very disappointed with its long-term performance. The heat settings work initially, but after repeated sessions, the unit struggles to maintain consistent temperature, often dropping several degrees mid-session. The vibration motors, which are supposed to provide deep tissue massage, are uneven and sometimes stop working intermittently, making the experience frustrating rather than therapeutic. The adjustable straps feel sturdy at first, but after a few weeks they started loosening, causing the wrap to shift and not sit properly on my shoulders. Battery life is also inconsistent: although advertised for multiple 20-minute sessions, I frequently had to recharge after just two sessions. Overall, it feels like a premium product in appearance, but the durability and reliability are disappointing. I cannot recommend it for anyone seeking consistent, long-term relief or professional-level performance. Read more
Works well and has helped with my shoulder pain a lot Read more
This takes a minute to really make it fit right, for me at least. I had to reposition it quite a few times before I realized exactly what needed to be adjusted where. Now that I have that down, this is super easy to slip on and get started. It's comfortable and out of the way enough that I can use it while working on my computer, and the controller has a timer so I don't accidentally leave it on for too long. I love that it charges with a USB-C connection, which allows me to use a longer cord. There is one included in the box, but I wanted something longer for comfort's sake. As for it working, I am glad I got it. I have noticed a difference in my shoulder pain since I've started using it. I've been using RLT for a few years now, but my shoulder issue is newer. My other RLT devices were not custom to a fit on the shoulder, which is why I ordered this one. I think it's a bit too expensive in general, but considering I can use it on my knee as well (as long as I keep it at an angle), I'm not too put off by the price. Read more

I like the idea of the massage. However, these lights should NOT get hot to work and there is no plastic covering over the leds. They are direct contact to the skin which should never happen! Read more
I ordered this Keneo Red Light Therapy Shoulder Wrap with Heating Pad to treat a shoulder that I injured in an accident. I believe in the benefits of red light therapy based on my experience with using it on other parts of my body. The shoulder wrap seemed like a good way to concentrate the lights on my problem area. Unfortunately, I wasn't as happy with it as I hoped I would be. I found it difficult to put on by myself. The Velcro attachment near the elbow was next to impossible to attach. I ended up having to strategically lean against a door frame to hold one side in place while I attached the Velcro strap. An elastic strap in this spot would have been a much better design. The strap that goes across the chest and back is also Velcro and adjustable. I was able to adjust it to fit my small female size, but it irritated me a bit under my opposite arm. The shoulder wrap has a vibration feature that I found odd. It didn't seem to help my sore shoulder at all, so I turned the vibrations off. I wish it didn't have this feature because the shoulder wrap has two hard components built in that sit on the top of the shoulder to provide the vibrations. The hard plastic pieces pressed into my shoulder and made it hurt by the end on my light therapy session. The shoulder wrap has some redeeming qualities. I like that it is cordless and rechargeable. That allows the user to be mobile during the treatment instead of being tied to an outlet. The controller allows for the selection of 3 intensities of light and 3 levels of vibration massage. A timer can be set to turn off after 10, 20, or 30 minutes. I like the timer feature because it keeps me from having to watch a clock. I find the controller to be simple to use. The title mentions that this device has a heating pad. Let me be clear that the only heat is what is coming from the LEDs. There is no separate heating pad function. Red light therapy devices put off some heat, but not as much heat as a heating pad. The LEDs are slightly recessed, which I prefer over the raised LEDs on some devices. Slightly recessed LEDs prevent them from pushing into the skin and causing discomfort. Sadly, this device wasn't all that successful for me when it comes to my shoulder, which is disappointing. However, I decided to try it on my knee based on the curved shape. I like it better for that body part than the flat mats that simply wrap around and Velcro. Read more
