I've had this for 3 nearly years now and have minimum 2 coffees per day. It's running like a charm. I keep it descaled and cleaned as recommended. I bought this model for three reasons. First and foremost is the "Iced Setting" That works by the Keurig putting hot water thru the pod to extract the taste, and then cooling the stream so it doesn't melt your ice needlessly. This gives you the possibility of brewing a 6 ounce cup. This built in feature allows for the ice melt to make up the 8 ounce setting. The Keurig Slim has buttons for 8, 10, 12 ounce. The second feature that I wanted was a single setting. I am the only coffee drinker in my house, and I like coffee cold not hot. So this is just the right thing. It helps being $89. The third reason is the "Perfect Pods" reusable pods with easy cleanup filters. This lets me make coffee for way less than the prefilled K-cups. Note: K-cups are nice for sampling a variety of coffee. But the reusable pods let you make your coffee for about 20 cents vs a buck more or less. The only feature I would add is a button to strong brew. I tried an iced dunkin donuts brand coffee from the store at over $2.40 i just wanted to try it. I loved it and this was my plan to have delicious Dunkin Donuts iced coffee for a quarter! Read more

Bought for second home. Limited use, lasted less than a year before it burned out and wouldn’t come on. I bought the same model minus the iced feature for my main home and it would spit coffee out. Both garbage. Done with Keurigs Read more
