I upgraded my previous Keurig coffee maker that I bought in 2013. It was worth the upgrade. I like how easy this machine is to use. Easy setup: Right out of the box there was little that needed to be done. Just remove factory tape, plug it in and run a single water only cycle and good to go. Taste: I use a quality coffee. I played with the "strong" button and that was one of the best cups of coffee I've had. Speed: Hot water on demand. This machine heats the water right before it hits the pod. There is no internal reservoir the water is first pumped into to heat first. This means the speed of use is much faster. My previous unit had this and it took a bit longer to get that first cup. Because there is no internal reservoir there is less places for scaling to take place. Using filtered water also reduces this buildup. Extraction: This unit is cooler than some other units and extracts at 192 with a final cup temp of about 165. This is less than coffee enthusiasts recommend. I taste no difference as my coffee still had a rich and bold flavor. For someone who enjoys coffee without all the fine tuning this works great. Ascetically pleasing: I love how small this unit is and how it looks on the counter. It doesn't have a LCD readout with the time or a way to auto set for an automatic cup. The hot water on demand eliminates this need. Just turn it on and you have a cup in maybe a minute. Also, without an LCD display, less to break. Clean up: The area that the pod is inserted in is not concave as my previous unit was. It can be easily wiped clean. My previous unit could get a buildup of crud around the pod area. That can't happen with this unit. Descaling setting: While I've not used it yet, I like that it has a descaling setting when I do clean out my machine. My previous didn't have this and it took longer to run cycles. Cons: Factory taste!! My first two cups of coffee tasted like crap. I assumed this was because it was still getting the factory taste out of the unit. On the 3rd attempt I used the "strong" button and wow I tasted a difference. I'm also using zero water for my coffee. Overall if you want a "no thrills" machine that makes coffee fast and very well then I recommend this product. Read more

I love, love, love my Keurig K-Supreme coffee machine. It’s so much faster than my old one — I don’t even have to wait for the water to heat up, it brews as soon as I turn it on and pick the size cup I want. The coffee taste is even better too, due to the five punctures of the k-pod. So even the very same coffee ends up tasting so much better.. The flexibility to have the water tank on the side or in the back is nice because space is limited in my kitchen. This model doesn’t use the same make-your-own K cups as my old one -because of the 5 holes on top vs 1 on the old one- so I had to get new ones, but other than that it’s been awesome. It’s so easy to use and very compact—even though it holds more water in the tank, it takes up less space. I placed it on a little drawer unit I got on Amazon, so I can line up my creamers and sugar bowl next to my K-Supreme and still have room to spare. Wish I’d have upgraded sooner! Read more

I purchased this product 3 months ago and it quit working! I tried to get Keurig to replace it due to the 1 yr warranty and they refuse because they say it was used and it is not coming from an authorized retailer!! I purchased a new not used coffee maker from Amazon. What is going on here!! DO NOT BUY! Kuerig came through and stood by their warrantee, after another review! I loved this coffee pot hopefully I will have better luck with the replacement. I have had 5 or 6 Kuerig coffee pots and this is the only one that didn’t last very long but happy they replaced it as warranted stated! Read more

Works great! If you do get re-fillable pods the top will not quite close all the way, it still works though and doesn't spill. There isn't any wait time to turn on and start brewing, no long heat up process at all. Super fast and has a strong option. The black color looks great and sleek in our kitchen. Will buy again whenever this one wears down, 2 people use it about 5-6 times a day. The unit is light weight so moving it for refill or changing locations is really easy. Read more

I’ve had this one month and I’m hooked. Replaced my old Elite model that had become unreliable. This one is FAST, quieter, and brews tastier - I guess it’s the five-stream brew feature and the in-reservoir filter. Terrific for small groups when I can brew cup after cup with no waiting. I like the over ice brew feature, though I’m not exactly sure what’s different from just brewing 6 oz. Strong brew feature only seems to make a slight difference. The cup loader hinge has a cheap-feeling wobbly motion when opening and insecure-feeling snap when closing- I would expect this part to break first though we are careful with it - however so far so good. Footprint is nice - smaller and attractive on the countertop. Reservoir is very easy to refill. I am very pleased with it! Read more
