Excellent keyboard with adjustable key sensitivity via Keychron's website. What wasn't as well advertised when I purchased the keyboard is that you will need to connect to Keychron's website and connect the keyboard via a web browser to install firmware updates, adjust key sensitivity, LED patterns, etc. It's not like a Logitech product where you download their software and it lives in the toolbar 24/7; with this keyboard you connect to the website when adjustments are needed then close the web browser. Out of the box the keyboard felt excellent. Purchased the HE keyboard for the increased sensitivity of the key presses, primarily for gaming (I also use a Keychron V6 Max for work). The increased sensitivity of the keys has been largely beneficial for gaming, ensuring my finger press did activate the key in game with just a glancing touch. The keyboard also gives you the option of replacing the brown esc and enter keys in the photos with black keys that match the black of the rest of the keys on the board, so don't be deterred from purchasing the keyboard if those ugly brown keys bother you. Lastly, I purchased this smaller form factor keyboard to give myself more room for my mouse hand while gaming, without sacrificing the essential keys which it has succeeded at on my desk. Read more

I've used 1-2 dozen keyboards in my life, and this is my new favorite. I was using a wired mechanical keyboard with Kailh Silver switches and I wanted to go wireless and check out the new switches, and I'm happy I did. The typing feels great and sounds great too. I like that the wooden ends are easy to remove, and I plan to take them off to refinish or replace them to match the wood color of my desk. Read more

Absolutely worst keyboard I've used. It has poor functionality, it constantly will randomly hit keys. Resetting to factory settings did not resolve it, and keychron's customer service is awful. Bluetooth connectivity was poor as well. Durability is awful as the keyboard has not even four months of use and already is having issues. I do not recommend this awful keyboard, buyer beware! The pros: The typing experience is excellent, the weight is fantastic, never had a problem with Bluetooth wireless or wired connectivity. The brightness of the LEDS are meh but then I am used to Razer keyboards (Compared the the BlackWidow Chroma X it’s not as bright.) So why three stars? The software for Mac is kind of janky, you can get it running when it’s connected via usb, but after spending an hour getting everything just right the next day the keyboard just “locked up”… via dongle and wireless and wired it wouldn’t turn on, charged it, had to google on my phone how to do a reset of it. That’s happened one other time and I’ve owned it for just over four months? It’s a simple fix but at this price point that’s infuriating. This happened before I swapped Keycaps but happens after I change or customize the rgb both times… I knocked another star off because honestly the K10 HE wasn’t available and I have used full sized keyboards since… well since the early 80’s and this is just small and cramped, had they all been available at the same time I would have absolutely gone for the K10 HE because it’s been four months and my brain still just registers keyboard as “wrong” because of its size format. Overall it’s good, not great, and between it locking up and me not adjusting to the mini size because the full size wasn’t available when I purchased it… It’s kind of meh. Read more
