Does not keep a charge

Right out the box I noticed it’s only working when plugged in. As soon as I unplug it, it becomes a brick, I’ve contacted support they said to charge with a wall charger for 6-8 hours then factory reset. Did that and still have the same result. The item will not charge and the charging indicator light doesn’t even light up. I’ll be returning this keyboard Read more
