This is easily on of the best feeling, premium, best typing keyboards I've ever used. Solid build quality, great key functions. An easy to use web based api for customizabilty in so, so many functions including macros. Great subtle lighting options. I cant say enough about this board and how much I love it. Expensive, yes, but you gwt what you pay for here. For gamers its still amazing even for a wireless keyboard. Read more

I love this keyboard, if you're a gamer and you're tired of software interfering with your keyboard get this, I used a razor for a long time but the movements with glitch, when I swapped to this made reaction time and movement on par. Read more

Keychron is knowingly shipping poorly-soldered keyboards, and relying on the customer to fix the situation by reaching out and requesting replacement parts, and rebuilding their keyboard (all after spending their hard-earned money on a keyboard that's not exactly cheap). I have keyboards that are 30 years old that can reliably guarantee that one keypress results in exactly one character being sent to my computer. Ask yourself: when you press the letter P once on your keyboard (or any other key), how many times would you expect that character to appear on your screen? If the answer is "exactly once, always" then you should steer clear of Keychron. I did not learn about their fraudulent behavior until after my 30 day return period was expired. And YES, it's *fraudulent* to knowingly send out high-failure rate keyboards that have poor soldering. The hacky software workaround that doesn't entirely resolve the issue is unacceptable. Normal modern keyboards do not have double input or ignored input *ever* in their working lifetime. To keychron: take the profit hit and re-test your inventory. Stop shipping out crap to customers. Cold-soldering is going to fail on your customer, and it becomes their problem because of your actions. It's unacceptable, including ramping up the debounce to unreasonable levels via software hack. It is easily the nicest keyboard I've ever owned (I've bought plenty of iterations from Razer, Logitech, etc.). I went with red switches and I love the feel. The lights are just beautiful; I am an RGB person but they are pretty understated with the solid keycaps and it's a nice effect. They keys have a lovely, creamy finish and it's just so satisfying to type on! I bought a couple of fun keycaps to switch out but I like the og keys so much that I'm going to wait a while. The keyboard is HEAVY! I am not using the wireless functionality so I cannot speak to that, but there is a firmware update for the double key presses some other people have complained about. I was a bit on the fence about buying this because of those reviews, but I'm glad I went with this one. I haven't had any issues. Read more

This keyboard is excellent. It has a lot of dampening foam in it, and I mean a lot. This makes the keyboard have a deep thocky sound profile if you combine it with the right switches (I put the Gateron Milky Yellow's in it). The keycaps take some getting used to (KSA very tall profile), but they make the keyboard have a deeper sound. The stabilizers are excellent. I don't think I have ever heard and felt better stabilizers in a stock board. The overall build quality is also very premium. The keyboard feels very well made and hefty. Lastly, configuring the software for this keyboard is very easy. You just go to the website that Keychron provides you in the box and customize to your heart's content. No programs running in the background, no downloading software that doesn't work. This keyboard is on the expensive side, but you are paying a premium price for a premium product. If you are in the market for a premium custom keyboard, then look no further. Read more

There is little else out there that ticks as many boxes as the Keychron Q max boards. The construction is solid and feels premium. The switches and keycaps are only okay, but they are not the selling point of this board IMO. There do exist more premium keyboards (at higher prices), but they don't have wireless, certainly not a reliable one. If you need a zero glitch wireless keyboard that feels premium, right now this is pretty much it. You can invest in premium switches and keycaps and get a fantastic keyboard (I opted for Boba U4t 67g plus Mode Anthracite). Read more
