Wow, this is an incredible keyboard. It's built like a tank and weighs quite a bit, to the point where you kind of need two hands to move it around. It comes with Windows and Mac keycaps, and a dedicated switch to go back and forth which is nice for my setup (I have a mac mini and a Windows workstation at my desk). The feel and acoustics of the keys is also amazing - the nebula linear hall effect switches have a "creamy" type sound, relatively quiet with just the right amount of travel. I have a Realforce RGB with Topre switches which I thought could never be topped in terms of switch feel, but after a short amount of use i think i can type faster on this board and prefer the feel. There's a few nits, the firmware update was a bit wonky - it worked, but took a few minutes. Also, to pair bluetooth you have to press Fn-1 for 4 seconds which I'll never remember, it would be nice to have a dedicated pairing button. I'm not sold on the look of Keychron's OSA keycap profile - the tops have a kind of truncated spherical profile, different from the square-ish Cherry and Drop DCX profile. However, they sure do feel nice on the fingers and work well for speed so i guess that's what matters. This is a great keyboard and worth the money for something you use all day long - well built and the HE switch feel & acoustics is awesome. Should have bought it sooner. Read more

Fantastic product with exceptional high quality feel when using. The key presses are silky smooth and the Hall effect across the full board adds some interesting options and functionality. It’s a hefty board that doesn’t move around and you really feel the quality in every touch point. It has all connectivity options including wired USB connection that allows charging while using, Bluetooth with multiple device support, and high speed WiFi via a special dongle. All options work flawlessly. The keys are incredibly quiet with a satisfying sound when used for fast typing. The web based app to make upgrades works well and I have no complaints, it’s easy to navigate and provides endless customization options. In the standard black/white/red color scheme it’s a very attractive keyboard and day/night visibility of the keys is really great even if the backlight is asleep. The backlighting itself is full RGB with a lot of cool options for how it shows up, with something available for all tastes. The only con that I had originally was the restart of the connection after the device went to sleep when using wireless. I dug around a bit and found out it was operator error, pressing the spacebar to wake up the keyboard/computer fixed my issue of having to reconnect the board after it went to sleep. This was in the instructions that I neglected to read. Read more

For me this was the ultimate no compromise keyboard. HE, HEAVY, full size, web based software, Bluetooth, 2.4g wireless, and wired of course. All settings flash to the keyboard firmware so the software isn’t needed other then to set customization. Keyboard felt mushy at first use but the second I opened a typing test my WPM increased by 14 on average over 15 typing tests. This keyboard is built like an absolute tank, about 4 pounds of solid aluminum made my keyboard feel so much more premium, as well didn’t move at all when typing. Upgraded stabilizers are noticeably better than previous ones from keychron. The 100% layout with the nob and function switches being a tad to the left was instantly natural for my hands and the knob makes it feel like a dj changing my volume. The 4 whatever you want switches at the top right can be set to virtually anything you could want. For all these reasons and more this keyboard was worth all $215 (Christmas sale) Side note: if you get the keychron wrist rest in the 100% size it will not line up with the keyboard vertically and horizontally. Albeit a small amount and I found it improved ergonomic and typing feel. Just ascetically unpleasing. Read more

Lovely keyboard with great key stabilization. Updating the wireless firmware was a bit annoying as I had to hunt to get to the right page with the updated firmware version and the whole process of updating the other firmware was unintuitive if relatively simple. Hiring someone to create better instructions and have both instructions in the same place would seem ideal for a product as nice as this keyboard is. There is enormous flexibility with programming the keyboard. The volume button is okay but I did like my roller on my old EVGA optical keyboard the best of any keyboard I have tried. I love how the keys cradle your fingertips and the foam dampening makes the keyboard extraordinarily quiet. Read more

This keyboard is pricey. Definitely priceer than most keyboards out there but this (to me) feels worth every penny. It feels so soft to type on. The built in dampeners makes this keyboard very light on the typing noise other keyboards generate. The hall effect switches also feel so smooth. Its kinda springy if that makes sense but not too much resistance against my presses. The web app you control all the settings for isn't too bad either. atleast I don't have to download a shady app to do the same thing like other keyboard manufacturers. The knob is very tactile and functions very well (yes you can press on it to mute audio as well). Only thing I'll say is that this keyboard is HEAVY so be prepared for that if you buy it and if that is your pet peeve then I understand. I got it slightly on sale before the holidays and had some points on my credit card to bring it down under 200 so it was so worth it for me but for you it might vary if you don't have those kinds of discounts. If you can afford it, then I think its worth the money personally. Read more
