Keychron Q6Max is a fine keyboard. I chose the Gateron brown keys for a gentle feel and a muted click sound. The unit is very heavy with an extremely stable platform on my PC desk. Macro creation and performance is important to me. The Keylauncher web site makes it easy to modify the keyboard; however, complicated macros require a learning curve. It took me three days to tweak my file opening macros. It is expensive, but it's worth the investment. Read more

Amazing keyboard. Quiet, comfortable, very easy to type on. RGB is not a priority here, it is nice to have, and very customizable, but is not the main factor. I wanted a keyboard with great battery life, great connectivity, and something I felt would be worth the cost. This certainly does it. The keycaps are a joy to type on, the red switches are pretty awesome too, although I will be switching them out with a more quiet switch for office work (TTC Silent Frozen V2's), even with the Outemu silent white's I have in there now, this keyboard is so quiet you can't hear it from more than six inches away. Amazing keyboard, would recommend. Read more

Best Keyboard you can buy. Very happy with the Bluetooth connectivity and being able to connect up to Five Computers with the #3 blue tooth settings, #1 2.4Ghz dongle and #1 USB cable. Using the Red switches that sound and feel great while typing. Using it to type this Review. LED lighting looks great. The Weight and feel are what is most impressive. Very easy to use when switching from one computer to the next. This is my second Keyboard and both are working great..You will be very happy with the build quality and how it functions while typing. Great feel, great typing experience, solid build. However, one major flaw made it unusable for me: double tapping. 2-3 Weeks after I bought it, I started to see double spaces and some other keys double tapping. As much as I wanted to like the keyboard, I cannot compromise on literally the first and foremost function of the keyboard, that is, actually typing what I want. I had to return. Otherwise (lol), amazing keyboard. Read more

Bought this as my first mechanical keyboard and wasn't sure if it was right for me. The keys are very tall and the keyboard itself is very heavy. Plus the price point is on the high end. I quickly found myself really enjoying typing on it. Keys have a satisfying touch and sound, but not too loud. The more I use it, the more I love it. The knob is a nice and useful feature. Wireless connection is easy to set up and works great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality multi device wireless keyboard. Read more

I bought this to replace an old Das Pro4 mechanical for the office and I’m really impressed. The thing is heavy and solid, the keys are excellent, and it sounds amazing. Not worried about the noise in an open office. I have several other high end custom keyboards and straight out the box this is excellent. They did a really good job with this keyboard. I wouldn’t plan on traveling with it because it is very heavy. It is very expensive for a keyboard, but if it’s something you are going to use nearly everyday I think it’s a worthwhile investment. I really like the keyboard’s design, build quality, and the convenience of hot-swapping. Unfortunately, the included Banana Switches are a complete letdown. They frequently double-register or fail to register altogether, and they’re quite noisy. Because I don’t have enough third-party switches to replace them all right away, I’ve been salvaging the few working Banana Switches from rarely used keys (like circle, triangle, microphone, etc.) and moving them to keys that failed. Those rarely used keys are now fitted with my limited supply of third-party switches. I’ve already ordered a full set of decent switches, so I can eventually swap out every last Banana Switch. The keyboard itself is nice in many ways, but these Banana Switches ruin the experience. If you pick up this keyboard, I highly recommend replacing these switches as soon as possible. Read more
