Easy installation, plug in to wall outlet, easy to read & understand instructions on where to place these in your home or business, nice size, loud alarm sound, easy to read , great safety , it even has an expiration date which causes the alarm to sound when it expires which will be many years from your date of purchase. This Detector is a "Gas"

This item is an excellent base model carbon monoxide detector! These last for a very long time and are simple to set up and operate. You should never have any problems with this model. We have had several of these over the years and they have all been very good. This model does not have all the possible "bells and whistles" that you can get on a Kidde detector but it is most certainly equipped well enough to alert you if a problem arises. Also, you can periodically test the unit to be sure it is functioning properly by merely pressing a button on the front. I certainly recommend this detector for basic installations and for its ease of use and strong durability! Read more
