This is a good quality eye liner. It comes shrink wrapped with a plastic top. It's about 5.5" long. So no box or extra packaging. It's in the mid price range of similar options. It is black. A solid black color. It does go on pretty easy and cover, so you don't have to try and go over it again. It does smudge a bit, if you keep touching your eye, but that's not the fault of the product. It makes a medium sized line for me. It didn't irritate my sensitive skin. With a good make up remover, it wasn't hard to clean off. This is part of the Kimchi Chic line of cosmetics for glam or stage use. It's marked made in the USA. It's listed as cruelty free (peta approved), with no parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. First things first, this eyeliner makes your eyes pop for sure, true to color, blackest black is a truly accurate description, without a doubt. Application goes on smooth, easy, and doesn't cause skin irritation at all so, excellent for those, with sensitive skin. Next, the KimChiChic price is excellent, If you normally use a twist up, make sure you keep your sharpener with your eyeliner. Just one of those internal memory notes, for the twister crew out there. Also, the texture, after applying it, still feels smooth after a long night. Probably going to order their other colors as well, beautiful and pure colors. This is a great option if you’re looking for a true long-wear eyeliner. It goes on very smoothly and doesn’t tug at the skin at all, which I really appreciate. That said, if you plan on smudging your liner or doing any touch-ups, you’ll want to work quickly because once this sets, it really does not move. I can usually remove eyeliner with a regular makeup wipe, but with this one I needed an oil-based, waterproof mascara remover to get it completely off, which says a lot about its staying power. The black is also a very strong, true black. My only real complaint is the packaging. I wish it were a twist-up mechanical pencil instead of a traditional pencil-pencil one, since that means I have to dig out an eyeliner sharpener.
