I’m so impressed with this steam cleaner! It heats up fast and the steam power is no joke—it cuts through grime in my kitchen and bathroom better than anything I’ve tried before. I especially love the adjustable steam levels because I can use a gentler setting on delicate surfaces and crank it up for tougher jobs like grout and stovetops. The water tank is large enough that I don’t have to stop and refill constantly, which makes cleaning go so much faster. I’m not sure why this has so many positive reviews, because it sucks! I wanted to like it soooo bad! Even with all the issues, I tried to give it a chance and it’s just not worth it. The cord is too short to do anything that isn’t right in front of you. The buttons on the handle do not work, with the exception of the power button, and the attachments don’t stay on. You have to keep adjusting them back into their locking place and it’s dangerous because it’s VERY HOT. Performance was mediocre as well. The manual also has many misspellings and awful printing, so you can’t even make out what you’re reading. This whole thing was a bust. I clean professionally and thought I’d use this for deep cleans and use less elbow grease. It’s not a time saver, this product is a hassle and I’ll be returning it. My search for a steam cleaner continues! Move on from this one. Save your money. Read more

Smaller than I thought it would be, but big things come in small packages. This steamer has now cleaned out my car, stains on the wall, the burned and dark stains under the eyes of my stove top and then some. My only complaint is that it will go through water way too fast, but it gets the job done. Read more
If you must have steam to clean like me this is the most solid option in this price range and i have tried them all even the more pricier models. The attachments have some much more useful options, it is very easy to add water without splashing everywhere and it takes exactly 2 standard drinking water bottles to fill. And I haven't determined any actual advantage to this but the buttons on the hand held trigger are actually like a small remote that slides in a slot and I just think it's cool. I put this right to work during a big move and loved it but it did stop working on me and I was bummed and stressed but reached out to customer service via a quick informal email and no questions asked they had a new one on my doorstep and were so on top of it that they emailed me the moment it was delivered so I could get it off my porch. I have used the new one as much if not more so far and it's working like a charm. I can not stress enough how impressed I was with the customer service attention I received. Read more

I have been looking for something to clean/sterilize my bathroom floor and large tiled shower. I bought this hoping it would work and it absolutely did! I love that it is small enough to move around easily but for as small as it is, it works great! No more musty smell in my bathroom and all of the grime from soaps to hair products are gone! Will not heat very well. Can not get help with return. I say I want to return it and pick defective. Then says question and won't let me me answer why it's defective and then I don't have a return option. Read more
