This is solid metal, very durable, very attractive. The product itself isn't just well designed, but the installation components are as well and include attention to detail that will assure the longevity of the faucet (like the underside of the handles). Highly recommend. It's pricey, but this may be one of those instances where you get what you pay for. Read more
Beautiful faucet, thoughtful and careful packaging, solid brass and copper construction. Appears to be reliable and long-lasting. Appearances are deceptive. Similar to other one-star reviews, the faucet started leaking less than six months after installation. The leaking was from an odd place: inside the tube through which the bar for the pop-up drain fits. Shouldn't be any water in there. Dismantled the faucet, and find two pinholes in said tube. Water flows around the outside of the tube when the faucet is on, and those two pinholes allowed it to leak out and drip down the center. See photo for the two holes - they are marked by some mineral deposits - they'd evidently been weeping for awhile before breaking into active leaking. Read more
pretty much simple installation except for that drain stopper portion. Wasn't sure which washer goes where so basically it was trial and error. Finally figured out the right combo. Did I forget to mention that the directions for installation is useless? I guess the company thinks they are selling these to the plumbers who uses Amazon to replenish their stock.... Read more

The faucet itself is beautiful, but was missing a critical piece needed for installation. Kingston Brass was very responsive in sending a replacement part; however, the part that they sent does not match the part on the instructions. It's not a common part found at the hardware store. At this point, our bathroom renovation has been delayed due to this with no end in sight. Read more
I bought two Identical KB faucets for the double sinks in my bathroom. Both faucets failed internally with water spewing out 2-3 feet high from the hole for the stopper rod. Because the failure is internal (within the faucet body itself) I can’t see what part failed. I bought them in June 2024, and installed the first one in July 2024, and the second one in November 2024. Both failed within two weeks of each other in July 2025. Read more
Overall this is a alright product, but it is definitly wobly at the base of the fauset and the handles. I do not know if it is because of how it was insalled, what it is installed into or the design of it, we hired a contracter to do it. All the little cracks and crevices make it a little hard to clean but it looks good when its shiny. And the old-fashioned drain pop-up is a good bonus. I guess I am nuetral about recommending this product but it certantly works for me. Be sure to do your own research when selecing a sink faucet. Read more
