We purchased this bathroom faucet and when it was delivered we were thrilled with the way it looked. We installed it ourselves and it looked great. Then it started leaking. I thought we had maybe installed it wrong, so we had a plumber come and look at it. He thought it was maybe missing a part. We took a photo of all the parts and emailed it to the address on the instructions. No response for a week. Tried calling on Saturday, but they were closed. Difficult for us to call during office hours due to the time zone difference. Emailed again, and again and still no response. Called and the lady said the email address I was using was not a monitored email address, despite it being all over the paperwork. She emailed me so I could get some resolution. I emailed her back with my original email. No response. Follow-up email, no response. Thus, this review. Read more
We purchased this for our guest bath, since it so closely resembled another luxury line of faucets that are 4x more expensive. I had also scanned 100's of manufacturers and reviews, and Kingston Brass kept popping up as a top line. We were quite pleased and amazed at the quality, workmanship and finish. My husband easily installed just before we had a large celebration at our home (100+) and everyone raved about our beautiful faucet. We are planning on buying 3 more for our other bathrooms! Had to repair my sink that was exactly this faucet. The parts needed were more expensive so I just bought this whole sink. I was planning to use just a couple parts, but it came in such PERFECT condition although it said it was slightly used or scratched. So i just replaced the entire faucet. Read more
We just remodeled our master bath and these were perfect for our modern farmhouse design! I’m so glad I purchased them here because you can’t find these anywhere in person. The matte black is beautiful and disguises all of our hard water stains - which I love! If you’re stuck on deciding I would say go with these. You can’t go wrong. The hardest decision would be deciding the finish. Matte black looks great! Read more
