Easy to use and comfortable to wear to keep the nasal canal open for better sleep Read more
Product does not taper. If you have a shorter nasal canal the product will rub the back and cause pain and stick out too far where they will fall out eventually. Too uncomfortable to wear overnight. Can not trim them shorter without a rough edge forming either. Read more
It helped me breathe better. I don’t snore with them in. Read more
It says it is for snoring but my snore app showed no difference. However, if you want to keep your nasal passages open at night or with a cold this did the trick. The snore strips always come off no matter how good I clean my face. I've tried other inserts but these are the best even though they are a bit pricey. I'm single so I only got two pair that fit properly for the price. I think once you find the ones that fit they should offer just that size so you can reorder if need be. If you have a family you might find various sizes very helpful. One reviewer said he had an allergic reaction so I washed them before I used them. Probably a good practice for anything like this. They are super comfortable and the little shark fin that fits against the top of your nostril really helps and does not irritate me at all. They are also easy to clean with a little soap and water. They improve your breathing. If you have a septal deviation and don't want to have the procedure done yet, this will be a great alternative. Read more
Size and fit was fine, but device had a “chemical” smell. Upon placement, I experienced tingling in my upper lip in a few seconds. Immediately removed device, rinsed mouth and nose with water and used rescue inhaler and 5 mg of prednisone to relieve allergy symptoms. I found a polymer product called “Turbine” on Amazon for twice the cost. It works beautifully and no sensitivity whatsoever. If you have allergies, don’t mess with these silicon inserts! Read more
