My wife ordered these for when she's congested in the fall. She'd had another set, but lost the best fitting one, so she ordered this set. They work well for her purpose. She says that they are very comfortable, once you get used to them and stay in the nose - no matter the "nasal environment". In fact, she was recently very ill with a lot of congestion. She used the best fitting size for several nights, which allowed her to have a much better ability to breathe than if she had nothing in. She definitely recommends them. Read more

I use the smallest ones. It’s nice to have 2 pair. However, that leaves 4 pair I can’t do anything with. These are real comfortable. I use a cpap, my mask covers nose and mouth, the little pressure from the mask does not make the cones uncomfortable either. I got these because as soon as I lay down I get very congested. I’ve used otc nose sprays way more than I should. With these cones I haven’t needed nose spray. They keep my sinus passages well open. I haven’t been sick but I’m thinking these will be great for congestion from a cold as well. Read more
