I have used a different brand of shampoo and conditioner bar a few years back, and hated it. It made my hair so dry. I loved the concept, but that specific brand just didn't work for me. I don't know why I decided to try again, but I sure am glad I did. I recently cut my hair chin length after it got so thin due to a thyroid condition and I'm always looking for things to help with that issue. Rosemary and biotin both have been proven to be effective at stimulating hair growth, so when I saw this product, I went for it. I used it for the first time today and wow. I'm seriously impressed. My hair is so shiny and soft. The shampoo lathers so incredibly well and the conditioner made it just as silky when wet as my high end conditioners. A little definitely goes a long way. You can hardly tell the bars had been used. I'm not usually the biggest fan of the scent of rosemary products but this one smells incredible. I look forward to seeing how my hair takes to this product, and how long they last. I am so glad I decided to give bars a chance again. I really do like how this product performed. Read more

Liked that it lathered well,and left hair with more volume. Not showing much improvement with hair loss though. Uses little amount of the bar, should last quite awhile. Will probably buy again. Read more

This shampoo is fabulous. After using it for a year I can say this shampoo has made my fine, thinning hair noticeably thicker. It leaves my hair soft and manageable, but not limp. In the warmer months I don’t need to use any conditioner and my hair combs out nicely. In the winter months I use a mixture of 1/3 vinegar to 2/3 water as a rinse and no more flyaways. I really love this shampoo and the bar has lasted me a very long time. I don’t leave it in the shower, not even while showering. I use it and place it outside the shower so it doesn’t get waterlogged and wash away. Read more

I had my doubts using a "solid" shampoo, however I was thrilled with how well it suds up and allows the shampoo to get into your hair. I've used it 3 times and I already feel a touch of softness to my hair and am really excited to see it feel stronger. I have a new shampoo. Thank you. Read more

I am on my third bar of this shampoo. I love the light scent that isn't overpowering or allergy inducing. (I tried the rice protein one and the scent triggered allergies in almost everyone in my house, including one dog!) It lathers and rinses well. Makes hair soft and silky. However, it has done NOTHING for my thinning hair. I am still shedding worse than my dogs. Also, my scalp is dry, itchy, and flaky. I tried the rice protein too, and that one made my hair greasy and flat. So my never-ending search for a shampoo that works continues I guess. Read more

So many great things about this shampoo bar. I bought it for my son who has thinning hair. I didn’t expect to see a difference in his thinning hair because I am naturally skeptical. However, I decided to buy it because I thought it would be easier for him to wash his own hair with a bar soap. He has mild cerebral palsy, and squeezing shampoo from a bottle and then putting it into his hair and lathering it up has always been very difficult.And he has required help. The shampoo bar solved that problem immediately and gave him a tremendous amount of self confidence.Because now he can easily wash his own hair. The shape of the bar fits easily into his hand and he just rubs it into his hair, and it rinses out very clean without leaving a residue on his scalp, which has eliminated most of his dandruff. And we have tried many dandruff shampoos. So although this is not advertised for dandruff, it has eliminated ninety percent. Now to the claim of helping with his thinning hair.... IT WORKS!
