I like the availability of the duel plugs that can be controlled independently. Reduces the need for extension cords or power strips when you need just one extra plug spot. Had some issues with getting them to connect with the app, but did get them to finally connect. I am using with my Alexa app and they are working well. Good price for the number of plugs you get. Double the plugs compared to other brands for the price. Read more

These are a great help with turning on and off lights. I have one hooked to a USB personal fan, but that outlet gives me problems with turning off and on by it self. But so far other than that one bad outlet these are very useful. Read more

Here's WHY these dual outlet smart plugs beat EVERY other smart plug today: 1. Price. $20 for ability to control 8 different devices with Alexa or Google beats them all ! 2. IMHO, Tuya/SmartLife is the most reliable app today for smart devices that link to Alexa/Google. 3. These dual plugs easily install using the Tuya OR SmartLife app (you don't need the KMC app). 4. Each outlet of the 2 outlets has 2 LEDs. One on plug side, one on top so visible from more directions. 5. You can name and control both plugs with the main name AND then name each switch individually so when you link to Alexa, it sees 3 different device names that you can control accordingly. 6. It;s a spacesaver for crazy people like me who have a ZILLION smart plugs in your home, office or spacecraft (still waiting for Amazon to start selling Mars shuttles). Read more

Updating this review because now not only did one never work, but another one stopped working. I’ve followed the troubleshoot instructions and it will not connect. Save yourself the frustration and buy a different brand because these are a waste of money. I finally got these to connect to my WiFi after trying several times, and they are very convenient, however, one of the four doesn’t work. It clicks on and indicates it’s on, but nothing plugged into it is powered. I tried it in several different outlets. So I paid for 4 and got 3 basically. Read more
