I had no idea this little pillow would help so much with my hip and leg pain. So glad I found one with a strap. The fabric is soft and comfortable. Occasionally I tire of it during the night or get too hot, so I remove it. But my pain returns within a half hour. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because, once I removed the cover to wash it, I never got it back on and zipped up perfectly. Even tried following instructions from the web site. I understand the function of the Tularis Knee Pillow, and it provided a bit of relief when sleeping on my side. My problem is that I go back and forth between side and back sleeping, and I feel anchored when the time comes to move, and I feel uncomfortable with the attached knee pillow when I’m on my back.
