It gives you a very intense foot massage. The rollers really work your arch and the heel vigorously. The air compression is intense as well. It’s best to start at the lowest setting and choose what you’re comfortable with from there. Thus far the results have been amazing and our feet feel so much better. I really enjoy this massager. I have very flat feet, mortons nueroma (nerve damage) in one foot and plantar fasciitis in the other foot. I needed some sort of constant foot pain relief instead of rolling a ball under my feet and soaking. This machine is perfect for me. Almost too much as I have flat feet. The air pressure pushes your foot into the kneading bottom and it feels great. The heat is perfect on low for me. I really like how it's programmed not repeat motions too often and you get multiple points of relaxation.
