With all the stories and doubt behind some italian ice machines, plus the price of name brand machines, I have been pleasantly surprised using this Kolice machine. The only reason I took away a star is because the password needed to adjust the setting isn’t provided and I’m not sure who to call to even get it? I do wish it came with a larger barrel but this does make a 3 gallon bucket of italian ice or water ice in about 30 minutes. We were excited to receive this machine. But, we then realized that we needed to know what wattage to use and the instructions gave very little information on the capacity of liquid to put in the machine without overflow. Or, too little of liquid. I recommend a rewrite of the instructions. Once we were able to turn it on, an alarm went off. Apparently we did not wait long enough for the computer to be able to verify contents and temperature. After that, it ran well. Read more
