I have several of these rings now and love them. I have alot of nervous energy when sitting still and I tend to pick at my nails and I hoped that having this to replace the nail picking habit would work. Its been working for over a week now and it does seem to be doing the trick. I wear it on my pointer finger of my left hand and spin it with my left thumb when I get the urge to pick at my nails, and that keeps me distracted. I also spin it when working on my computer at work as its a nice distraction while thinking. The engraving quality is nice, the designs are cute, I love the silver sheen, size wise they seem right for my standard size and its comfortable to wear. The spinning part spins smoothly on one of my rings and grinds slightly on the other so there is some variance. I actually like the little bit of a grippy feel on the one that grinds a bit and its barely noticeable so don't let that determine your decision. If you need a ring for stress, fidgeting, etc, and don't want to carry a fidget spinner or other obvious device, these are great choice in my opinion and no one ever needs to know their true purpose Read more

Amazing spinner ring! My second ring arrived today. I bought the first one about 15 months ago, and I've completely worn it out. Perfect for subtle fidgeting. Spinner makes a soft ringing sound, but that has never bothered me. I'm including pics of the two rings side by side to show how the ring ages. The antiquing fades and the details wear away. I'm also including a pic of the old one taken apart to show how the spinner piece attaches. The inner groove works well to provide a free spin, but will wear out with lots of use. The top spinner ring gets looser on the base, which impacts the spin. In fairness, I was not careful with my first ring, wearing it in the shower, washing hands, overnight, putting on lotion, etc. But over a year of hard use before replacing it seems like a great value for the price! Even with the wear, my first ring still does the job. But I'm excited to have the new one that can free spin for much longer. Read more
