3.5 year old boy with ASD. We have struggled with severe tantrums with self harming behaviors. This vest has helped reduce that significantly. 1st time he wore it the self harm was significantly reduced. The second time, there was no self harm. This is our first time and first day with a weighted vest. My grandson is artistic, deaf, and has sensory issues so I decided to see will this help to calm him down during his meltdowns and anxiety that he has. It fits good we have did a hour and thirty minutes in the vest and he has been so calm and it’s comfortable and he really don't realize it’s on.
