I'm on the fence about this product. Overall it does what it sets out to do. Has strong hold with the magnetic stand and it's fairly easy to set up. It doesn't sway while driving either which is a big reason why it got 3 stars. What kept it from getting a 5 star are two things: the charge rate and the vent hook that it comes with. The charge is fairly slow and if your playing music or running the gps, you can forget about gaining any significant charge, at best it will maintain the charge or level loose a little juice during your trip. The vent hook that came included is great in theory for most cars, however the vent in my car are sleeker and are a little harder to set this charging dock up, I ended up having to install it in one of my passenger side vents since the vents in my car are slightly offset from behind my steering wheel and a little dangerous to keep there. It's a decent option for the price but I think there are definitely better options out there. Read more

Very impressed with the sturdiness of the mount and the hold of the magnet. Previous mounts I’ve used have left me disappointed, but this one far exceeds them. My 25 Nissan Kicks has very little room in the vents and at first I didn’t think the mount was going to hold. To my surprise it’s been solid since day one. The magnet arm is able to rotate which makes it convenient whether your sitting in the drivers seat or passenger seat or if you have limited room. The vent that’s most convenient for me to see my phone puts it close to my shifter so the added convenience of being able to rotate without any issues of the phone falling is a wonderful benefit. There’s no movement from vibration or hitting bumps in the road. The magnet and the whole unit stay secure the entire time. This has been a game changer beings my vehicle doesn’t have Apple CarPlay like I thought. I’m able to utilize the maps on my phone using the mount with no issues.
