This laminator has worked great and is a great deal for the price! It heats up quickly and I love having options as to what size laminating envelope/sleeve I can use. I also like that it houses a paper cutter (and a few other items I can't recall at the moment!) so you can cut out the things you laminated on the spot! I had one problem with a laminating envelope/sleeve getting stuck in the machine (It was not because of the laminator being subpar; I am pretty sure it was something I did wrong!) 6 or so months after I got it and Amazon told me to contact the company as it was past the 30 days return window. I emailed the company and they quickly responded with directions on how to fix the jam. The person I was in contact with was very nice and helpful. This laminator works really well. It takes a minute to heat up but that doesn't really bother me. I've used it for setting toner reactive foils and for standard lamination and it works well for both. It's very quiet and also doesn't look bad sitting out on my counter. It's also a great size and easy to use. Overall would buy again. Read more
I love this laminator because it only takes 60 seconds to warm up. It worked really well with the original sheets, but got jammed when I used an Amazon Basics laminated sheet. The customer service was very nice and patient. They emailed me detailed instructions on how to open the machine and remove the sheet. However, I couldn’t get the sheet out of the roller, and then they sent me a brand-new replacement right away! I definitely recommend this laminator. I just hope they’ll also sell more sizes of laminate sheets in the future. Read more

This is a GREAT laminator... for the months it works. I have bought this same machine TWICE, because I thought the first time was a fluke. The roller stopped turning and the machine didn't work, so I figured I had done something wrong. I ordered the exact same machine, and it didn't last a year, either. I bought this newest one on September 30, and it's March 1 and the machine doesn't work. I'm sad, because it's great while it works. This an update : I did receive my new machine I am very happy I must say and I will state this again the first machine I did get honestly there was a defect with it and I should have known that especially when I smelled the the strong smell after putting the laminated paper in the machine with this new machine I only used it twice but what I will say is I don't hear any of the clicking noise that I was hearing before nor does it have the smell it seems to be working real properly so I am happy to say that the company did resolve my issue They were very nice They reached out to me when they saw my concerns over at message of what I had to say about the first machine so that was very important to me and they did resolve the issue by sending me a new machine and the machine is in my favorite color blue so I'm very happy with that So on the upside of this is to mention its well I just have to say sometimes things don't always be perfect but what I will say is this i'm glad they're a company that stands by their word and they did resolve my issue . I purchased this machine back in April and I decided not to use it until I obtain my new job at the school. I’m in now when I decide to open the box to make flashcards for my kindergartens that it was in my favorite color blue after four times the machine broke down and started making this weird noise like I don’t know like had trouble turning the wheel or something that was inside of it and it just stopped working so I don’t think even though I did not open it until August even though I purchased it in April, I don’t think this machine should have broken so quickly but it did and I only used it four times and was only able to get 4pages of flash cards done Now I have to purchase another one and this breaks my heart because I one thing a teacher does need is a laminating machine Read more
Love this laminator! I have used it for my kid related business and it’s worked really well. When I had a sheet stuck in the laminator, support was able to email the directions on how to fix it. It is so easy to use and laminates fast! Would recommend! Read more
