I was hesitant to buy this as I felt it was expensive, but it’s become my secret weapon for untangling my kids hair. I only use it on bad tangles and mats, and it’s certainly effective for that. Love this stuff. It’s a good conditioner replacement. My hair is thick and curly, which I straighten. I only wash once a week, sometimes longer, so if I have this I end up using it each time I wash. I bought it around the holidays when it was half price, so I got more, but it’s a bit expensive if you were going to use it a lot… but maybe it’s worth it. I’m on a tight budget for now, so idk… Oh and it smells really nice! I cannot say like what, sorry, I always wish people were more descriptive of smell… It definitely doesn’t smell bad, or overpowering, so that’s good. It’s a gentle smell, but has that salon quality smell I believe. That’s what I like. There have been times I’ve spent the $30, $40, $50 on a product that arrived smelling like garbage, and this product is not that way at all. One thing I fo not live about it, although I suspect it’s intentional, is it’s not a squeezable bottle! So you have to shake it overhead to apply it, that makes sense, since were only supposed to be using a small amount, BUT I do not like that. I need double or triple the amount (my hair sucks it up), so shaking gets me nowhere fast. What happens is that if I’m holding my wet hair in my hands, and shaking vigorously to apply it, it ends up hurting my hand so badly that’s holding the hair. Like I’m stabbing myself… very bizarre feeling. As it’s used up, you can KIND of get a slight squeeze to the bottle, but the problem is, in the shower everything’s wet, so it’s gone flying out of my hand so many times… whatever. That’s certainly not an issue that matters, but it is annoying. It definitely makes it do that not too much dumps out though… but I’m an intense person.
