I dont normally write reviews, but this heat protectant is AMAZING!!!! First of all, I have very thick and wavy hair. I use heat on my hair a lot and i have been using heat protectant, but my ends still feel very damaged and dry. I have been doing hair masks and i dont really feel like they helped. I love this product and wish I knew about it 50 years ago. The container arrived during a cold day, so I'm not sure if it had any effect on what I found when I opened the delivery box. The container was sealed in a shrink wrap. The container was wet, leaking somehow from under the nozzle. I dried it off and waited 2 days before using it the first time. I found the container very hard to hold, it was slippery, even though it was dry. I solved this by adding a couple of rubber bands around the top and middle where I hold it. It worked.
